Relocation Services

Are you moving to, from, or within the Scottsdale/Phoenix area? This is a great time to review what you have and only move what you really need and love in your new home. Home relocation services provide a systematic approach to moving and relocating.

My professional home relocation services will help you methodically go through your belongings, inventory them, and help you decide what to keep or donate, gift, or dispose. By de-cluttering before a move, you’ll save on moving costs and be better prepared to settle in your new space. It also makes it easier to live in a home that’s on the market.

Selling a Home May Mean Moving Out Quickly!

Packing for a move can be a positive experience.
Make this the best move of your life!

If you’re selling your home, you should be prepared to move out soon after the sale is finalized. At the same time, you’re still living there and need to keep it presentable. I help homeowners prepare their homes for sale, maintain an attractive appearance, and quickly move out.

It is possible to live in a home while it’s on the market. The trick is to make sure it stays presentable.

With my help, you can approach this in a systematic way that takes out the clutter early in the process and lets you decide what you need to keep during the sales process.

Every Home Relocation has Unique Needs

I’ve overseen a variety of home moves and understand the differences each one brings.

For example, if you’re combining two homes into one, there can be a lot of duplicate belongings to consider and downsize. I’ve helped couples agree on criteria to decide what to keep and how to gently dispose what won’t be going with them.

I’ve also moved families with young children and/or teenagers figure out what to pack and what to purge.

Finally, I have a particular specialty and affection for helping seniors move from homes in which they have resided for decades to senior communities. One of the joys of my work is helping older adults set up their new living spaces in ways that work best for them as their needs change.
